AVHA is a non-profit organization that has served Anderson Valley since 1987. We own and operate two properties—the Boonville Apartments and Las Viviendas on Ray's Road. Between the two, we provide up to 45 low-income tenants with safe, clean, and affordable housing. AVHA is committed to exploring ways to create affordable housing opportunities in Anderson Valley.
